We're looking for a motivated HR Generalist who is a self-starter and true people person!  Join an HR department that's passionate about championing employee programs and attracting the best and brightest talent.  This is an awesome opportunity to put your stamp on all things HR, all in a supportive environment that values our office culture built on people who are excited (!) about their work.

The Role:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for processing our bi-weekly payroll, administering our benefit programs, will divide and conquer our recruiting activities, and partner on programs that drive employee engagement.  This is an ideal position for a dynamic individual who has a passion for the employee experience.  In this role, you will maintain all confidential employee information, exhibit positive relations with all members of the organization and assist with general office support. 

What you would do:

  • Be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll
  • Maintenance of HRIS and employee records, including new hire and separation paperwork, change of statuses and ACA maintenance and compliance
  • Benefits administration, including new hire enrollments, annual open enrollments, qualifying events and monthly premium reconciliations
  • Assist with talent acquisition, proactive recruiting and hiring process activities
  • Manage sensitive and confidential matters and protect the security of information; personnel file maintenance and filing
  • Special projects and general administrative / office support as needed

What we're looking for:

  • A genuine desire and successful track record of being the "Human" in Human Resources in a professional and positive demeanor
  • 3+ years of HR experience, including processing payroll, administering benefit programs and full-cycle recruiting efforts
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, HR Management or related field preferred
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality is a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Paylocity a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and stay organized
