The HRIS Administrator will support the use and maintenance of all aspects of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Workday and its related interfaces. This individual will also be responsible for HRIS reporting and assisting the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives. The HRIS Administrator will help manage priorities, releases and support the Workday roadmap as OneSpan expands its HRIS offerings and provides a first-class employee experience.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide support for Workday HRIS application, including researching and resolving problems; resolving unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; and recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Participate in the testing and implementation of all system upgrades and rollout of new features.
  • Troubleshoot user-errors, identify the root-cause and provide resolution to end-users; and report and escalate technical issues as needed.
  • Assist with gathering and preparing information, system testing, and completing documentation required to administer company programs or initiatives.
  • Design and maintain various components and modules in Workday in support of One Span’s data management and reporting needs.
  • Support HR data requests; assemble, analyze and format data into useable reports.
  • Prepare and develop reports for various departments and audits.
  • Document and maintain HRIS procedures, user documentation and system updates.
  • Maintain confidentiality and utilize discretion related to private employee information.
  • Proactively present findings and recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet business requirements.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline (Information Systems, Human Resources, or Business)
  •  
  • Excellent communication and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Familiar with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint)

Preferred Requirements:

  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Excel
  • Experience in data collection, entry and reporting with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Technical expertise with a passion for problem-solving and identifying the root-cause of issues
