This a permanent full-time role and will be on-site in our Chicago office.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all people operations (human resources, recruiting, training)
- Partner with the executive team to implement people programs that reinforce company culture, support employee and company performance, and drive professional growth
- Develop and implement scalable processes and policies for the organization
- Champion culture, build employer brand, and drive employee performance and satisfaction
- Guide, support, and engage with employees at all levels of the organization
- Maintain talent recruitment pipelines to ensure we are able to meet growth needs
Requirements
- 3+ years as a highly effective HR leader
- Deep emotional maturity and empathy with a proven ability to coach and mentor to help people align with company goals and get the best out of themselves
- Deep knowledge in a range of human resource functions and best practices
- Experience leading people effectively at fast-paced, high performing companies
- Passionate about culture and employee growth
- Engaging and effective communicator with impeccable people skills
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or the equivalent amount of related experience
