National Corporate Recruiter
Seeking high-energy, positive recruiting professionals to provide sales recruiting support. This role will place an emphasis on outbound call activity to schedule and conduct structured phone interviews with candidates using interviewing scripts.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an agency Recruiter who is looking to move into a corporate recruiting role. - Proactively source candidates
- Initial contact with candidates and document critical candidate information
- Establish strong rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Send candidate profile and candidate overview to hiring managers.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2-5 years of search firm recruiting experience, including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting. Sales experience is plus
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Ability to cultivate and build relationships
- High motivation and drive
- Comfort with phone interactions and cold calling
- Strong listening & follow up skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and work as a team to meet deadlines
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
