The Impact You Will Make
- Support the recruiting cycle for DEI initiatives and programs
- Identify, engage and nurture a network of diverse candidates through sourcing channels, partnerships and events.
- Source, screen and present qualified talent for returnship program and diversity hiring
- Advocate for candidates throughout the hiring process by preparing for interviews, answering questions, extending offers, and initiating onboarding process.
- Analyze data and report out on current pipeline, progress, and results of initiatives and programs
- Make data-driven recommendations to improve future initiatives and programs
- Build and develop internal and external relationships to develop and scale programs
- Assist with creating, evolving and documenting program framework
- Partner with internal stakeholders and people team to advocate and promote DEI initiatives
- Multi-task, problem-solve, and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3 years+ of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in diversity hiring, events, and or programs ideally within a complex matrix organization.
- Highly organized and detailed-oriented; ability to be flexible and prioritize competing needs
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Ability to partner and collaborate with multiple cross functional departments and stakeholders across the organization,, and with external candidates.
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system (iCIMS is a plus!), and familiarity with G-suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc...).
