Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic ambassador to fulfill the role of Recruiter. The Recruiter will lead hiring for all locations - US, UK & India. The ideal candidate is energetic, enthusiastic, determined, and enjoys building strong relationships. Someone who is creative and will think outside the box to figure out how to find the right candidates for hard to fill roles is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Help to develop an appropriate talent attraction strategy to reach and attract a diverse pool of high-quality candidates
  • Source & contact potential candidates for full-time & contract roles within the organization. This role requires picking up the phone and talking to people you don’t know
  • Work directly with hiring managers to define or redefine role requirements
  • Write eye-catching, creative job descriptions that will put Codifyd in front of the best talent by using effective hiring strategy
  • Works with HR and marketing to develop effective job postings, marketing and advertising and networking strategies while applying creative sourcing strategies for all positions
  • Conduct initial screens, arrange phone interviews, coordinate on-site interviews including booking travel arrangements for candidates if needed
  • Thorough documentation using applicant tracking system and other company tools
  • Partner with hiring teams to collect feedback and manage the candidate selection process
  • Communicate candidate statuses, decisions, and recruiting challenges to leadership via accurate and timely reporting
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college/university or the acceptable combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 3 years full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment or recruiting agency
  • Strong technical skills related to talent attraction including, but not limited to: LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems, Third Party Career Sites and social media applications
  • Proficient in all MS Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to apply creative sourcing strategies to identify the passive job seeker
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers to promote teamwork and credibility
  • Effective multi-tasker able to recruit multiple requisitions at the same time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of the technologies surrounding the eCommerce, web content and emerging technology space

Preferred Skills

  • Experience recruiting for a consulting/services organization in the content/digital/technology industries
  • Previous experience with a recruiting agency
