We're seeking to hire a Recruiter to add to our growing People Operations team.

Due to the company’s growth, we are adding a Recruiter to the Talent Acquisition team. This individual will help us further shape our Talent Acquisition strategy and tools, be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships with both candidates and team members. Partnering with the People Operations team and company leaders, the Recruiter will excel at full-cycle recruiting and have a steady commitment to enable talented people to find success at SPINS.

WE'LL BE COUNTING ON YOU FOR... 

  • Serve as a partner with SPINS hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruiting strategies that result in internal client satisfaction
  • Partner with People Operations Business Partners to develop talent plans that result in effective talent pipelines
  • Conduct thorough sourcing campaigns to identify qualified candidates through recruitment advertising, social media and active networking in the Chicago community
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes for assigned open roles (screens, onsite interviews, etc.)
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
  • Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity and competitive advantage in support of the company’s diversity and inclusion plan
  • Assist with career fairs, meetups and/or other events

YOU PROBABLY HAVE... 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ideally within, or supporting, a technology organization
  • Knowledge and understanding of hiring trends, industry news and Chicago talent market
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to interact and manage relationships at all levels of an organization, especially with hiring managers
  • Organizational skills, with a strong detail-orientation
  • Comfort with ambiguity; ability to prioritize, multitask and flex as needs and priorities change
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience with Greenhouse a plus
