Concero Search Partners is expanding our Chicago team and seeking a highly motivated individual for our Recruiter position. Basic Responsibilities –
Identify and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques
Build a diverse candidate pool through sourcing, cold calling, and networking
Manage the candidate process and act as a candidate advocate
Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity
Collaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/ or hiring needs
Effectively convey our clients’ story and articulate their value proposition
Propose and implement ongoing improvements to recruitment efforts
Gain a working comprehension of the software industry
Establish a strong understanding of Concero’s guiding principles, long-term goals and ways we differentiate ourselves from the rest of the talent-acquisition industry
Work to establish professional and long-term relationships with both clients and potential candidates
Requirements –
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of Recruitment experience
Extensive internet and computer skills (experience working with LinkedIn is a plus)
Highly flexible, self-starter, proactive, responsive, resourceful and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
History of solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor
A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong customer consultative skills and work in a large team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems/ATS
