Who We Are Looking For:
Due to expanding growth, Fooda is looking for an additional recruiter to assist with the full cycle recruitment process for open positions (both exempt and non-exempt) across our current nineteen markets and future cities. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication, presentation and time management skills. Our Recruiting Team has a passion for Fooda, our culture and our current and upcoming talent—and we want to hire a Recruiter who feels the same!
Who You Are:
- You have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers and other internal employees
- You are organized and know how to respond to multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines
- You are friendly, high energy and love interacting with other people
- You are savvy with technology and will be comfortable in a fast-paced startup
- You enjoy working in a team environment with an "all hands-on deck" approach
What You’ll be Responsible For:
- Create a successful sourcing strategy to recruit candidates for different roles at Fooda across all current and upcoming markets
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions for open roles and post them to different website sites to attract candidates
- Manage assigned jobs and own communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process from initial outreach to offer generation
- Adhere to a hiring timeline ensuring hiring mangers needs are met
- Guide hired candidates through the Onboarding Process utilizing Fooda’s HRIS tool, Zenefits
- Assist with onboarding of new hires
- Contribute your ideas for a creative sourcing strategy for “hard to fill roles”
- Assist with the Talent Branding of Fooda by attending different recruitment events in Chicago and potentially other markets
What You Should Already Have:
- 3-4 years of Recruiting experience (preferably in a internal capacity)
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently
- Proven skills demonstrating a strong work ethic adhering to both Fooda’s internal employee and external candidates
- Prior experience utilizing an ATS system or LinkedIn Recruiter
