The Role:

We are looking for a self-starter who works well in an ever evolving, hands-on environment, and has the skills necessary to outwardly display our brand in their talent acquisition process. You will work up, down and across departments to deliver the best talent to the business. Equal parts salesperson, consultant, community builder and talent wrangler - this role will have a big impact on our ability to meet objectives and deliver on our mission.

The Work:

• Full-cycle recruitment for roles across all functions- primarily focused in Sales, but also including Customer Success, Marketing, Tech etc
• Deliver the best talent on time and on budget
• Prioritize a stellar candidate experience by being open, honest, and engaging throughout the process
• Contribute to our employer branding strategy by attending events/conferences and managing various community outreach activities
• Serve as an internal consultant by conducting training, coaching interviewers and making sure we’re following consistent recruiting processes to bring the best candidates on board

The Candidate:

• 3+ years experience recruiting across all functions of an organization
• A strong business acumen. You understand the company, the mission and the specific talent we need to deliver
• A tremendous ability to communicate to all levels and functions both internally and externally
• The ability to manage a full-cycle recruiting process in an efficient and effective manner
• An overwhelming desire to find innovative ways to bring in top-tier talent
• A powerful intellectual curiosity with an unwavering desire to grow, learn and innovate
