Yello is seeking an energetic and hard-working coordinator for their Talent Acquisition team. We have grown from thirty to one hundred fifty over the course of two years and we aren’t slowing down yet.
It will be your job to keep our department organized and running as efficiently as possible and your direct efforts will help land world-class talent to our growing team. As a company who builds talent acquisition software, candidate experience and efficiency are our top priorities and we expect you to share the same values. You’ll also be trained on our award-winning software and will use our tool to ensure a seamless interview process.
- Schedule all interviews- phone screens, technical screens, coffees, office visits, and on-site interviews
- Assist in recruitment marketing efforts- manage and maintain Yello profiles with partner job boards and affiliate sites- BuiltinChicago, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, ITA, etc
- Use Yello software to assign evaluations, post jobs, disposition candidates, organize workflows, manage events, employee referral process, and much more
- Draft all offer letters for approval and send to candidates via DocuSign
- Provide stellar candidate experience for all on-site interviews- give office tours, ensure our busy interview teams adhere to the schedule, wrap up with candidates and answer any remaining questions,
- Act as our industry expert- you will work to alert the team of any relevant events, meetups and local start-up and technology related news
- Support the talent team by sourcing for tough-to-fill, in demand positions across the organization
- Assist in maintaining our reporting and metrics- Because you’ll have a bird’s eye view of the entire organization’s interview activity, we’ll expect you to keep us on track
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least 1+ year of experience in agency recruiting, in-house recruiting, or technical recruiting
- Demonstrated examples of building successful candidate relationships based on trust and transparency
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and understanding of how to cast as wide of a net as possible and compose an engaging LinkedIn message
- Experience handling complex calendar management and scheduling interviews with busy teams in a moment’s notice as quickly as possible
- Interest in talent acquisition systems and quick to pick up new technology and platforms
- Experience at a company similar to Yello- we want to ensure you can keep up with our pace and constantly shifting priorities!
