Braintree Recruiting Coordinator:

We're passionate about building an exceptional team and we’re embarking on another huge year. Braintree is passionate about talent and our talent team structures and stewards this process. The talent team partners with hiring managers, coordinates logistics and planning, and delights prospective employees with a seamless recruiting and interview experience that matches our product known for simplicity and grace.

The coordinator will work closely with the existing recruiting team across Braintree, providing support across all aspects of the recruiting function.

Responsibilities:

Interview Coordination

  • Schedule all Product & Engineering onsite interviews through our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
  • Coordinate candidate travel and process expense reimbursements
  • Ensure a seamless hand-off of candidates from recruiters: communicate proactively with candidates to confirm interview schedules and changes
  • Serve as the face of Braintree when candidates come onsite: greet candidates, give them a tour of the office, and make them feel comfortable and welcomed when they come onsite
  • Swiftly problem solve any last minute interview adjustments including cancellations, schedule changes, and interviewer replacements

Recruiting Team Support

  • Maintain our internal and external job boards: create new jobs, ensure accuracy of postings, and create consistency in the customization of our interview kits
  • Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual recruiting metrics for our Product & Engineering managers and business leaders
  • Coordinate interview training sessions for the Product & Engineering organization
  • Relentlessly create and update recruiting process documentation
  • Collaborate with PayPal Global Talent Acquisition team to ensure consistency across systems and processes

New Hire Onboarding

  • Process new hires through PayPal’s HR system (Workday) and ensure accuracy in all crucial employee details including offer letter, background check, and all new hire forms
  • Process relocation bonuses
  • Initiate visa process with PayPal’s immigration attorney group

What we look for in you

  • 1+ years of recruiting, HR, or administrative experience
  • Incredible attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize time sensitive tasks
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills: pulling schedules together from lots of different availabilities sounds like a fun logic problem to you
  • Comfortable with structured autonomy: you’ll be scheduling interviews for a variety of teams, each with distinct interview processes
  • Readiness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Perseverance and a stubborn streak that gets you to a solution no matter what it takes
  • A strong sense of justice and fairness with a determination that things are done the right way
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Systems are your friend: You look at them, learn them, become one with them and you pride yourself on knowing where to find EVERYTHING.
