Role Description:
This role serves as a subject matter expert and builder for various talent management work streams, including training and development, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and talent analytics; the role supports development, implementation, and maintenance of new and existing talent management and development tools and practices.
Core Responsibilities:
Contributes to the design and creation of talent management tools such as performance reviews, employee surveys, and talent development activities
Creates company communications and training materials to support various talent initiatives
Organizes, analyzes, and reports data such as survey response rates, employee turnover, and compliance rates to evaluate the outcomes and effectiveness of our talent practices
Oversees the scheduling and coordination of talent programs
Provides troubleshooting and guidance, as needed, to support leaders and team members in the use of talent management tools and systems including Workday and our survey platform

What are we looking for?
We're looking for motivated professionals with:
At least 1-2 years of experience building or executing various talent management processes, tools, or initiatives
Master's or Doctorate degree preferred in industrial/organizational psychology, organizational development, organizational effectiveness, talent management, or related fields
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data management practices used to derive insights from organizational data
Excellent project management, organization, and prioritization skills
Strong written communication skills including the ability to write formal organizational communications
Strong oral communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
US work authorization
