Role Description:
 

This role serves as a subject matter expert and builder for various talent management work streams, including training and development, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and talent analytics; the role supports development, implementation, and maintenance of new and existing talent management and development tools and practices. 

Core Responsibilities:

• Contributes to the design and creation of talent management tools such as performance reviews, employee surveys, and talent development activities

• Creates company communications and training materials to support various talent initiatives 

• Organizes, analyzes, and reports data such as survey response rates, employee turnover, and compliance rates to evaluate the outcomes and effectiveness of our talent practices 

• Oversees the scheduling and coordination of talent programs

• Provides troubleshooting and guidance, as needed, to support leaders and team members in the use of talent management tools and systems including Workday and our survey platform

• Other duties, as assigned 

What are we looking for?
We're looking for motivated professionals with:

• At least 1-2 years of experience building or executing various talent management processes, tools, or initiatives

• Master's or Doctorate degree preferred in industrial/organizational psychology, organizational development, organizational effectiveness, talent management, or related fields

• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data management practices used to derive insights from organizational data

• Excellent project management, organization, and prioritization skills

• Strong written communication skills including the ability to write formal organizational communications

• Strong oral communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

• US work authorization
