It’s an exciting time to join our business as we commence an integration of The Marketing Store and HAVI Sourcing business operations.

 

Alongside award winning promotional agency services, The Marketing Store delivers global category management services to our biggest client - McDonald’s. More specifically to the McDonald’s Happy Meal product business.  HAVI Sourcing provides similar category management services to McDonald’s, among other clients, for consumer-facing packaging, uniforms and health and safety requirements.

 

In an effort to maximize numerous sourcing-related opportunities, grow our business and evolve our organizational efficiency, we are integrating our sourcing capabilities and activities into one entity. This enables us to align our skills and expertise, unlock the potential in our shared talent, provide access to a wider range of career opportunities and ultimately better serve our clients and customers.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

 

The Snr. Manager, Global Talent Acquisition is responsible for the management of the global TA team and coordinating the execution of the global TA strategy in each of our markets. You will also have responsibility for leading end to end recruitment for roles across the North America business and support with requirements where vital for all global locations.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manages, mentors and develops the global TA team ensuring they are equipped to deliver a cost-effective and equitable hiring process
  • Global TA team includes 2 TA members in the US and 1 in the UK
  • Partners with the Snr. Director Global TA and DEI to ensure that global TA strategy is applied appropriately across the regional teams, DEI is a core component of our processes and practices and to provide insights and analysis in regards to how we are competing and attracting talent in the market that can be shared with our global leadership teams
  • Execute global recruitment strategy with a cost-effective approach that ensures appropriate partnership with external partners and staffing agencies that provide us access to diverse talent pipelines
  • Manages internal partners and coaches and trains hiring teams to combat unconscious bias and deliver an equitable process from CV selection to interviewing, feedback and candidate appointment
  • Partners with the Marketing and Communications teams to establish appropriate TA marketing strategies that position us an employer of choice within diverse talent pools
  • Develops appropriate metrics to demonstrate our dedication to a diverse and inclusive hiring process
  • Provides visible and vocal leadership and upholds our culture demonstrating an inclusive approach to how we hire and manage our people

 

  • Lead end to end recruitment for roles across the North America business and support with requirements where vital for all global locations – particularly for senior level and business critical roles
  • Develops and fosters relationships with external vendors, running events, providing information that helps to promote our brand and negotiating partnership fees, managing these vendors on an ongoing basis
  • Delivers inclusive recruitment processes, practices and strategies that facilitates the hiring of diverse talent
  • Manage relationships with recruitment and advertising platforms ensuring we get a return on investment and negotiating the most cost-efficient deals
  • Develops appropriate TA strategies that support us to close critical capability gaps against both permanent and freelance needs with an efficient and commercial approach
  • Manages trackers and provide reports and trends analysis on how the team is managing recruitment costs and savings on a consistent basis
  • Actively networks and contributes to thought leadership within industry bodies and platforms to present the brand as diverse employer and provide trends and insights back to the business

 

Desired Skills & Experience

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

 

  • Proven experience leading and managing recruitment teams within a matrix organization
  • Experience delivering a strategic approach to TA strategy and demonstrable experience delivering against cost-effective hiring ratios
  • Capability to implement process improvements that culminates in the attraction and acquisition of diverse pipelines
  • Experienced at managing recruitment trackers and providing management reports in a digestible way for multiple audiences
  • Connected to regionally relevant partners that provide access to platforms, talent and diverse talent pipelines
  • Inspirational and engaging manager who can lead a TA team do deliver beyond recruitment requirements and contribute to strategically closing our capability gaps
  • Solid experience with recruiting at a senior and executive level with well-honed negotiation skills and experience handling multiple vendors and partners
  • Organized with strong attention to detail and capable of crafting informative and engaging reports for both financial and leadership audiences
  • Confident mentoring and partnering with multiple layers of leadership to influence hiring decisions and strategic recruitment direction
  • Must be comfortable with ambiguity and navigating continual business change with an ability to be adaptable, and maintain and optimistic approach to transformative change

As a people-first organization, it’s important that our employees have the support they need to be successful.
