Moonrise is a social impact startup owned by American Family Insurance. Moonrise is a worker-focused, innovative HR Tech platform that uses AI and Machine Learning to rapidly recruit workers for short-term contingent labor positions. We traveled the country listening to financially vulnerable Americans in their living rooms and believe we can solve their deepest pain point - easy access to supplementary income.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Leading the recruiting team in filling new and current client job requests
  • Ensuring delivery of service that delights clients and makes the talent feel cared for
  • Developing our recruiting strategy
  • Providing direction and guidance on the most effective methods for acquiring the talent our clients are looking for
  • Setting, monitoring, and achieving recruiting performance goals and metrics
  • Managing the recruiting team budget; provide forecasting and insight into client activity to build revenue forecast and identify resources necessary to achieve company goals
  • Representing Moonrise at community and industry events
  • Guide talent recruiting and sourcing to find the right candidates for client requests
  • Lead talent recruiting efforts to build our network and talent pipeline
  • Train and develop recruiting team members
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve recruiting team concerns or issues
  • Help team members solve problems and successfully fill their client job requests
  • Test out new recruiting methods using short, quick, self-directed experiments.
  • Research and identify new recruiting methods; stay current with recruiting trends, market trends and competitor hiring practices

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 5 years prior experience in recruiting and sourcing. A demonstrated ability to:

  • Take on tasks and rapidly complete them with little direction and iterate on learnings
  • Communicate clearly and work in cross-functional teams
  • Build rapport with coworkers and customers
  • Drive change and implement strategies to support the company’s goals and objectives
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects while adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills
  • Experience using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, and Gcal)
  • Organize workload and prioritize with minimal supervision
  • Present to small groups
