Role Description:
 

This role serves as a subject matter expert in various talent management work streams, including training and development, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and talent analytics; the role applies this expertise to plan, develop, roll out, and support new and existing talent management and development tools and practices in partnership with other HR and operational stakeholders. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a consultant and subject matter expert for HR partners and business leaders on issues and challenges related to talent management

  • Builds and maintains strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders to ensure that ongoing talent practices align with the changing needs of the business

  • Designs, builds, and delivers enterprise performance management tools and processes such as annual reviews, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement resources

  • Designs and builds training materials across all formats (e-learning, job aids, tutorials, classroom) to support company initiatives such as new hire orientation, onboarding, and leader development

  • Executes employee engagement strategy, including leading survey administration, identifying organizational gaps, and supporting team leaders with tools and guidance

  • Advises on legal and valid pre-hire selection testing practices that improve hiring decision accuracy and employee performance/retention

  • Designs and executes talent assessment practices that measure key skills and growth potential while identifying successors to key roles

  • Analyzes data to evaluate the outcomes and effectiveness of talent practices, identify gaps, and provide insights to steer future strategy

  • Other duties, as assigned 

 

What are we looking for?

We're looking for motivated professionals with:

  • At least 4-6 years of experience building, overseeing, or executing various talent management initiatives in complex, changing environments

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in industrial/organizational psychology, organizational development, organizational effectiveness, talent management, or related fields

  • Expertise in statistical analysis and data management practices used to derive insights from organizational data

  • Excellent project management, organization, and prioritization skills

  • Enterprise-wide awareness of how one's work relates to and impacts existing organizational practices and strategy

  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to write formal organizational communications

  • Strong oral communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

  • US work authorization
