Provi is looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter to join our growing People Ops team! Open to a remote candidate!
What you'll be doing
- Help us find top software engineers, product managers, engineering leaders, designers, etc who will play a key role in building and shaping the Provi products. You will own all the technical recruiting processes at Provi!
- Provide full life cycle, high volume recruiting support for our tech and product teams
- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
- Partner with leadership and hiring teams to understand staffing requirements and create sourcing attraction and hiring strategies to bring the best talent to Provi
- Strategically and creatively source tough to find passive candidates for current and future roles
- Ensure that candidates have an excellent experience throughout the entire interview process
- Help define, improve and maintain Provi’s employment brand
- Support Director of People in other HR initiatives: performance management, diversity and inclusion strategy/programs, employee engagement, culture, etc
What we are looking for
- Must have 3-5 years of experience supporting a high-volume of full-cycle technical requisitions
- Experience working in both small and large tech companies
- Experience recruiting for an array of software engineering roles, inclusive of specialized and niche positions
- Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever) is a plus
- Experience using talent acquisition platforms including LinkedIn, Handshake, Human Predictions, Indeed, Glassdoor, and Built In Chicago, etc
- Prior experience working in a growing startup environment is a huge plus!
