You Will:

• Full life cycle recruiting with a focus on engineering roles
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates through multiple sourcing techniques
• Guide the interview process, discussions, and facilitate debriefs with interviewers and hiring managers
• Guide the offer approval, extension and negotiations
• Partner with hiring managers to identify important requirements for each opportunity, and to create compelling and engaging job descriptions

You Have:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years professional experience as a technical recruiter or sourcer supporting engineering organizations
• Proven track record in successfully sourcing, managing and closing diverse engineering positions
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Greenhouse)
• Knowledgeable in various employment laws including those of EEO and AA guidelines
