Saggezza is looking to hire a sourcer to join our growing talent acquisition team in the US. This position will be based at our global headquarters in Chicago. The sourcer will be responsible for identifying and assessing technology talent to aid the continuing growth efforts at Saggezza. This will include developing a candidate pipeline using a variety of sourcing methods including networking events, proactive headhunting, database mining and internet searching.

The sourcer will collaborate with practice leaders and hiring managers to understand the recruitment needs and then seek to build an innovative talent sourcing strategy to successfully fill technology openings.

What You’ll Definitely Need

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of professional recruiting experience would be ideal either with a recruitment agency or a corporate recruitment / talent role

• Experience of technical recruiting is preferred but not essential
• Should be a self-starter and work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual growth goals
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset and an ability to problem solve
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and fulfill positions quickly is essential
