Primary Responsibilities
KeHE is currently seeking an ambitious, highly relational, professional Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide the highest level of talent for our Commercial sales teams. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on recruitment and pipelining efforts by utilizing engaging and energetic techniques in support of the organizations strategic plan across the various channels of business. These techniques include general sourcing, prospecting, networking, trade show participation, social engagement & marketing, campus involvement and community relations to attract qualified candidates for KeHE.
Essential Functions
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and People Operations to discuss upcoming needs and collect feedback.
- Work strategically with the business partners of various levels to identify and develop sourcing strategies.
- Build a focused approach to identify grocery/food industry Sales candidates.
- Use sourcing tools and software to administer a proper recruiting pipeline.
- Continuously build and engage a pool or pipeline of candidates through prospecting, sourcing & networking.
- Attend trade and or college career fairs as needed.
- Complete the pre-screening processes and behavioral interviews as necessary.
- Conduct initial phone screens for all qualified candidates and take candidates through the full cycle of recruitment process until someone is hired

Things We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidates should have several years of Sales recruitment experience, preferably in the grocery/food sector. The attitude a candidate possesses is as important as their skill set. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a high level of energy, exude a positive attitude, and will be resourceful, driven and highly dependable
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
- 3 to +5 years’ experience
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior Food/Grocery Sales recruitment experience preferred
Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude
- Strategic thinker with hands-on style to deliver practical and effective solutions
- Strong Organization and comfortable with prioritizing and managing multiple priorities and tasks
- Experience creating and implementing projects and processes from inception to completion
- Familiarity with the cutting edge of current talent identification and recruiting strategies
- Advanced Skills in Word and Excel
- Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail
