Position Details:

Our Recruiter positions are high-impact roles with responsibility for sourcing, assessing and delivering top talent to the business. The Senior Technical Recruiter captures key intelligence from each candidate interaction to allow for optimal pipeline development. Additionally, this role leverages market data and talent acquisition expertise to educate hiring managers and the HR team resulting in high quality hiring decisions. In this role, you will own the candidate experience by acting as a company ambassador to internal and external candidates. 

This position is not for everyone. This recruiter will be under pressure to fill critical positions in some of the tightest technical markets with the lowest unemployment rates. We need a recruiter who knows how to network, tap into various channels, and understands that sometimes recruiting talent means thinking outside of the box and being innovative to find new ways to attract the right candidate.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Sourcing. Sourcing.  Sourcing. Uncover passive and active candidates through data mining and networking
  • Understand Market Trends. Stay up-to-date with market intelligence and the latest sourcing strategies to drive business results  
  • Proven Fundamentals: Identify, screen, and pre-qualify candidates for multiple verticals including Software Development and Information Technology,

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the requirements listed below:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years’ experience in a combination of high-level corporate and agency recruitment in the software technology space
  • Excellent customer focus with the desire and ability to partner with HR colleagues and hiring managers
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of a variety of IT concepts and languages
  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise in utilizing creative sourcing channels and social media networks
  • Proven experience successfully leading technical searches
  • Strong communication skills, including ability to clearly articulate information and ideas verbally and in writing; ability to communicate effectively to impact and influence decision making
  • Proven experience in providing quality candidates at all levels of the organization with a focus on sustained pipeline development
  • Proven sales aptitude with demonstrated ability to create compelling interest in both the position opportunity as well as the candidate
