Our Talent Acquisition team is on the cusp of moving into an Agile Recruiting model to become a strategic partner to the business. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will help shape the direction of the vision to establish the future of recruiting operations and strategy! You will be inspiring, understand the hiring market and bring innovation to help empower our recruiting team to create better processes and procedures. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company within the health tech space.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with all Talent Acquisition Strategy initiatives- including problem identification, data analysis, proposal creation, internal approval, negotiation, execution and evaluation
  • Work with cross-functional leadership, process owners, and technology and data experts to support the design and implementation of strategic initiatives
  • Provide innovative ideas that keep the GoHealth Talent Acquisition department at the forefront of the industry through analytics and data-driven decisions
  • In partnership with TA leadership develop and execute on a monthly/quarterly/yearly initiative roadmap
  • Create new processes that support the business by decreasing costs, increasing efficiency, creating brand awareness, and driving process improvements
  • Develop and iterate on short- and long-term operations improvement proposals for leadership
  • Create presentations that visually demonstrate progress across initiatives
  • Quantify growth and cost savings opportunities through a variety of models and analyses

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or similar role at a high-growth company
  • Strong background in digging deep into data, thinking from first principles, and delivering the best results
  • Quantitative aptitude & MS Excel expertise – data manipulation, modeling
  • Always seeking opportunities for improvement in your projects
  • Strong communications skills to communicate succinctly to leadership & sales agents (or passion to quickly learn)
  • Interested in the future of healthcare and the world of digital customer engagement
