This highly crucial position will take a central role in partnering with several core & critical recruitment areas which are an important component of our high traffic, consumer facing, $1.3B industry leading e-Commerce company.

Essential duties and accountabilities:

In this position, you will be primarily coordinating interviews and prioritizing our candidates first. You will manage administrative functions related to the full-lifecycle recruitment processes and maintain excellent relations with the recruiters, hiring leaders, candidates, and FTD Companies at large. You must have a wide degree of creativity, personal organization, be self-motivated and have proactive problem solving ability while being capable of working autonomously when focusing on our candidate's experience. You will oversee the coordination of interviews and serve as a point of contact for hiring managers and our recruiters.

Your work is often of a critical or confidential nature and will require you to demonstrate discretion. Your work will be to interact with executives, line and staff managers, and departments in various functional areas to coordinates activities between departments as well as outside recruitment vendors. Your planning and preparation for recruitment events (scheduling, logistics, collateral, etc.) will drive happiness in a demanding environment. You partner with the TA team to ensure the necessary components of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) are considered for proper candidate information are capture and appropriately documented with ADP Recruiting Management.

  • You will execute travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and expense transactions.
  • You find satisfaction in handling complex scheduling demands (that change all the time) and manage multiple internal clients schedules.
  • You hunt and capture interview feedback from panelists.
  • Your tenacity for follow-up on TA initiatives makes our team feel accomplished.
  • You support and ensure a high quality of data integrity for reporting purpose; data helps drive decisions.
  • You audit applicant statuses (phone screens, interviews, offers, hires, pending, inactive, withdrawn, etc.)
  • You handle the requisition process
  • You support seasonal hiring for call centers
  • You participate in HR & TA special projects.
  • You provide reporting assistance and participate on special projects aimed at improving existing processes.
  • Your excellent phone etiquette leaves people on the other end of the phone with a smile.
  • You assist in the sourcing & recruiting process including updating social media sites.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • We are looking for you to have a High school diploma but would prefer a Bachelor degree.
  • We would like for the coordinator to have worked within high volume recruitment environment.
  • Your ability to multi task and prioritize work assignments brings smiles to our faces.
  • Your proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, but most importantly scheduling with Outlook makes you the bee's knees. =)
  • We love customer service and our candidates. So, your orientation to perfecting our candidate experience will match our affinity to FTD's goal.
  • You communicate and collaborate with keeping teamwork top of mind.
  • We want you to navigate ambiguity by "asking why?" and you know how to get the job done.
