About the Talent Acquisition Specialist at Showpad

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you’ll assist in the recruiting process for all open positions, with an initial focus on growing our go to market team.

You’ll use multiple ways to source new applicants to keep a consistent flow of candidates in the pipeline and you’ll promote Showpad and the position to potential candidates while working directly with the other members of the recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Showpad

  • Create strategy for sourcing of qualifying candidates with diverse backgrounds through various channels (Linkedin, job boards, recruiting databases, social media, employee referrals)
  • Conduct interviews to qualify candidates, conduct phone screens and build a consistent candidate funnel for our ongoing growth 
  • Creatively promote the Showpad brand via social and professional networks and to potential candidates
  • Coordinate and track the interview process including documenting candidate activity in our Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse
  • Post jobs on various job boards and keeping them updated in a timely manner as needed
  • Achieve a target of 12 hires per quarter (after ramping period)
  • Collaborate with our Learning team to develop and perform interview team training on structured and inclusive hiring practices
  • Collaborate with our People Operations and Onboarding team to deliver a high quality and holistic candidate experience
  • Commit to continuous learning and innovation


Required Skills for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Showpad

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in related field such as Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years experience as a recruiter within Sales & Marketing (ideally in Tech)
  • Demonstrated experience in attracting passive candidates and building a diverse pipeline
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to work independently
  • A growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity. Ability to shift tasks and priorities when things change
  • A metric driven approach and passion for showing value to the business through data
  • Experience with high volume recruiting for multiple functions, with a defined and resourceful approach of how you engage, assess, and close well-matched talent 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an approachable and professional style
  • Thrives on challenges with a results-oriented, positive attitude, outstanding work ethic and competitive drive to be the best
