The Talent & Organizational Development Manager drives talent management, organizational and talent development initiatives. The position represents an exciting opportunity to drive change in a rapidly evolving space. In this role, you will support the business transformation, as well as the design and execution of key talent and organizational development initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Create, implement, and execute programs, and launch initiatives to develop our people and organization
  • Drive organizational & talent development efforts company-wide
  • Develop approaches to build organizational capability through leadership development planning activities such as 360 feedback and education
  • Manage job architecture projects, including defining levels, progression plans, and career streams
  • Develop competency framework for the organization and define competencies for job levels
  • Act as strategic partner for organization and talent development initiatives
  • Develop leadership pipeline programs and promotion processes
  • Determine talent assessments to identify leaders in the organization
  • Establish and implement performance management best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years or equivalent of OD and Talent Development experience
  • Strong business acumen and business analytics knowledge
  • Proficient in: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Must be able to interface at all levels of the organization
  • Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment
  • Success in driving and managing projects
  • Master’s Degree in HRM, I/O Psychology, or MBA preferred
  • Experience in instructional design preferred
