The Role

Paro is hiring a Talent Partner to join our dedicated People team. The Talent Partner will work directly with our Corporate & Sales Hiring Managers while owning the sales and corporate recruiting function to attract high quality talent to our teams.

The Talent Partner’s responsibilities include advertising jobs for our revenue and corporate roles, conducting screening calls and scheduling interviews. Your impact will extend through the offer extension and closing phase of new candidates. You should have experience in the full recruitment life cycle and various recruiting methods in your arsenal. If you are also a strong communicator and comfortable forming hiring strategies, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll help our company grow and thrive by hiring the most qualified people.

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted partner to sales leadership and corporate leadership teams managing full cycle recruiting efforts for open roles within our organization
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and other key stakeholders to modify and improve upon current hiring playbooks
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for open positions through sourcing strategies, networking, referrals, etc.
  • Work cross-functionally with Paro’s marketing team to ensure job postings, employer branding, and overall candidate messaging is in alignment with Paro’s offerings
  • Track metrics to celebrate successes and uncover opportunities for improvement in the hiring process

 

How You'll Add Value

  • At least 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience preferably in a high volume recruitment capacity
  • Familiarity with sales KPIs and sales industry terminology to leverage as part of the hiring process
  • Experience in formulating a hiring strategy
  • Experience working with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) (we currently leverage JazzHR as our ATS)
  • Strong communicator (oral and written) who is able to effectively deliver messaging to different personas 
  • Demonstrated high level of responsiveness, resiliency, and adaptability
  • Impeccable organization skills in order to manage a number of open requisitions and tight deadlines
