As a Talent Program Consultant, you help managers and partners understand the value that effective talent management provides to them and their business. By providing partners with the right tools and resources at the right time, you help them deliver results and make an impact.

You seek to understand our business needs and develop delightful solutions and differentiated experiences that help attract, develop and retain talent. Your make sure partners stay connected, productive and motivated. You are curious, keep up-to-date on industry trends and invest in learning new things. You believe that teamwork makes the dream work and that we can all succeed together. You provide exceptional service by creatively and collaboratively solving problems. Communication skills and relationship management are among your core strengths. You analyze data to provide insights on how we can improve. You are a good storyteller, helping others embrace change and adopt new ways of working

Furthermore:

  • You bring 5+ years of experience working in HR, Talent Management or have related experiences
  • You use your strategic and critical thinking skills to see the big picture and help connect the dots
  • Your skilled at telling stories through visual, executive presentations (PPT) and know your way around an (Excel) pivot table
  • You have experience managing stakeholders, managing vendor partnerships, influencing others and implementing projects
  • You are a detail-oriented, data driven project manager, using evidence to support independent decision-making
  • You have financial acumen and can manage a budget
  • You are familiar with the Workday HR platform

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Talent Program Consultant you are responsible for the design and delivery of enterprise-wide talent programs, platforms and processes to global partners such as Rewards & Recognition and the Annual Engagement Survey.

As a partner on the Talent Management team, you will:

  • Recommend enhancements to core talent management programs based on input from key stakeholders and market research
  • Deliver solutions that meet/exceed the needs of partners and the business
  • Consistently communicate changes of impacted partners and systems, providing change management strategies that increase adoption
  • Collaborate with other HR partners to create integrated experiences across talent platforms for end-users
