Announced in May 2018, Peapod Digital Labs is an Ahold Delhaize USA company that will serve as the engine that powers U.S. ecommerce and digital strategies. Peapod Digital Labs will accelerate growth in digital and personalization capabilities for the great local brands of Ahold Delhaize USA and will serve as the innovation lab for the U.S. portfolio of companies, driving digital and eCommerce innovation, technology and experience to meet the changing needs of customers of Ahold Delhaize USA’s local brands, regardless of when, where and how consumers choose to shop. Peapod continues to be a consumer-facing eCommerce brand, and is part of Peapod Digital Labs, focused on growing Peapod sales to consumers.

• Reviewing hiring needs and working to shift quickly to address new demands.
• Source, screen, present, interview, and seal the deal with great candidates.
• Enhancing Peapod’s already strong reputation in the tech community through networking, partnerships,events and branding initiatives. Also build strong relationships with local universities and organizations to help Peapod become an “employer of choice” for newly minted graduates.
• Toggling between the “need it now” job fills and the longer term vision for the future of our corporate hiring strategies.
• Digging into metrics to regularly evaluate what’s working, what’s not, and quickly change direction and refining our processes as needed.

The Essentials In Your Cart - The required ingredients 

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years’ experience in direct technical sourcing
•  Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Recruiting agency experience with many successful technical placements a strong plus
