Technical Recruiter
What You Are:
An ambitious Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process. This includes initial job brief, advertising across various mediums, sourcing, planning/attending careers fairs, screening, administering pre-employment assessments, behavioral-based interviewing as well as offer negotiation. As a Technical Recruiter, you will provide support in identifying the best technical talent on the market. In addition, you will work with hiring managers to determine the position requirements as well as advise on a posting and sourcing strategy.
What You'll Do:
- Lead full cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, applicant testing, interviewing, presenting, conducting background checks, and closing qualified entry-level to senior-level candidates
- Provide excellent applicant and internal customer management service
- Develop recruiting materials and strategies that ensure a successful search
- Create and post job descriptions
- Develop position-specific screening questionnaires
- Update hiring managers throughout the process and build a credible and collaborative relationship
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree required; Human Resources, preferred
- 2+ years' recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles in software or engineering
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing hard-to-find candidates, both active and passive
- Excellent organization skills and oral/written communication skills
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of applicant tracking software functionality
