The Role

Saggezza is looking to hire a Technical Sourcer to partner with our growing talent acquisition team. The technical sourcer will be responsible for identifying and assessing technology talent to aid the continuing growth efforts at Saggezza. This will include developing a candidate pipeline using a variety of sourcing methods including proactive headhunting, database mining, and internet searching.

The Technical Sourcer will collaborate with US recruitment leads to understand their recruitment needs and then seek to build an innovative talent sourcing strategy to successfully fill technology openings.

  • Partner with our internal recruitment team and hiring community to understand the specific sector, industry and service line requirements for open opportunities
  • Work with various sourcing channels to look for potential candidates, contact active/passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack and GitHub)

What You Will Definitely Need

  • 1+ years of talent sourcing experience within the technology sector.
  • Experience recruiting on global roles in a fast paced environment. 
  • Demonstrable experience recruiting for technical positions (across software engineering, data, analytics, automation, etc.…)
  • Proven experience in identifying & engaging with high caliber candidates. 
  • Demonstrable track record of building strong working relationships with team, clients and leaders
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
