Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role reports to Director, Talent Acquisition. The successful incumbent should have experience developing and executing on a robust recruitment strategy for sales organizations. We are looking for a recruiter who has worked social media channels, built robust Boolean search strings, and hired high volume sales teams.
Drives the full cycle recruitment process along with daily management and ownership of recruiting activity.
Serves as a subject matter expert and strong business partner to the Technology team to ensure relevant and strategic recruitment initiatives. Develops strategy to position company’s employment brand and social media recruitment presence.
Strategize, challenge, communicate and elevate level of support to all hiring managers; investigates new recruitment technology/resources to meet our hiring demands. Devise and execute a targeted recruitment strategy for the RN’s national sales organization; redesigning job descriptions focusing on role specific competencies in order to identify and hire the right talent in key growth markets.
Responsible for leading efforts on networking and referrals throughout the organization to help develop pipelines for anticipated recruiting.
Identify and optimize ATSs as well as sourcing partners to drive qualified applicant traffic and retention of key hires.
Ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting and onboarding process. Plans and executes appropriate Employment Branding & Social Media initiatives.
Experience & requirements
5+ years of full life cycle Tech recruiting experience in the FinTech space (combination of agency and corporate recruiting preferred)
Strong ATS, LinkedIn sourcing skills in addition to key word and Boolean searching required
Strong knowledge of employment branding on social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and demonstrated usage of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn required to further establish Rewards Network employment brand and candidate reach.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates ability to influence Business partners and drive the hiring process
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
