What you will be doing:

The secret to our success at 10th Magnitude is in our people. As the Training and Development Specialist, you will be working closely with the Leadership team to help continue build and maintain the team culture. You will be responsible for thought partnership, buildout, and adoption of training and curriculum programs.  As the key point person for building and maintaining the program, you will be working alongside management and internal teams to understand training trends within the industry, adjust where needed based on feedback/research, and continue to grow and foster the curriculum. We are looking for a true jack of all trades – your role will be wearing many different hats with endless learning and growth opportunities!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Training and Development
    • Own the creation and ongoing support of our {x}celerate Training Academy
    • Work with leadership to understand and coordinate training needs for employees
    • Continue to evolve training curriculums based on feedback and research
    • Keep up to date on trends and developments in the industry that can better improve the overall program
  • Organize and conduct seminars/trainings for individuals local and in remote locations
  • Be involved with the 10th Magnitude team and business and devise opportunities for improving culture
  • Provide solutions to support business needs through creative problem solving and creative innovation

You’re the right candidate if:

  • 4+ years in a training/HR position with proven success
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • True passion for people development and engagement
  • Strong work ethic and high energy
  • Ability to partner within a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision
  • General knowledge of HR policies and procedures is a plus
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
  • Experience with a consulting environment is a plus
  • A sense of humor! We like to have fun!
