Responsibilities

• Independently gathers, compiles and analyzes data qualitatively and/or quantitatively.  Conducts follow up and data verification as needed.  Based on analysis, develops proposal for further action as necessary and presents recommendations to stakeholders.
• Completes assigned reports with varying frequencies utilizing various systems (e.g. Workday) and tools (e.g. Excel, Access).  Ensures data is accurate and delivered on time to appropriate recipients.
• Troubleshoots problems in Workday and determines root cause analysis
• Completes various Workday tasks such as creating supervisory organizations, manual hires/rehires, converting contingent workers to employees and processing EIBs
• Creates Change Request (CR) documents for changes related to integrations, business processes or employee data
• Provides supporting documentation/screenshots for Audit requests throughout year.
• Supports Workday feature release updates and enhancements
• Monitors the Workday mailbox and answers inquiries from employees, managers and human resource professionals to resolve any problems and ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction
• Processes separation agreements and special payments
• Provides training to HR Generalist staff as needed
• Handles security requests for users by initiating request and/or submitting requests for processing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Statistics or related field required
• 1-2 years direct experience working with Workday
• Strong Excel skills
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality
• Strong teamwork orientation
