We’re fulfilling our mission of connecting millions of people with millions of shifts via our mobile apps and platform. Our apps make it easy for businesses to post gigs and for qualified and skilled workers, which we call Specialists to claim them. Our platform handles shift fulfillment and handles all the messy bits associated with labor management.

Responsibilities

• Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cash.

• Maintain open line of communication with clients and internal account managers.

• Prepare the open receivables report on a weekly basis.

• Help with collections from customers.

• Enter invoices into accounting software and attach scanned copies of approved invoices.

• Maintain open invoice listing of invoices received/entered but not approved for payment.

• Help with payroll data entry and application.

• Assist with the monthly close.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university bachelor’s degree program

• GPA 3.25 or higher

• Strong PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)

• Be able to work 15 hours a week

• Keen attention to detail is a must

• Motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges
