Digital Marketing Intern

The Digital Marketing intern will be responsible for supporting and working with the growth team on digital projects and campaign execution. The Digital Marketing intern will help manage our website and social channels via content distribution amongst other activities. The Digital Marketing intern can expect both creative and analytical experience, as well as the opportunity to take on and execute projects that will have an immediate impact on the company. 

Sample projects will include things like creating and maintaining web pages, planning and organization of content, and posting on social media.

Interns will be assigned a mentor who will help them prioritize tasks, work through problems, and provide guidance on their career possibilities at Narrative Science and beyond. Interns are onboarded alongside full-time employees and get to experience all of the perks and social activities associated with being part of Narratives Science. 

Desired Skills & Experience

• Exposure to Marketing in coursework or previous internships preferred  
• Familiarity with Wordpress is preferred
• Roll up your sleeves attitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Proven analytical skills with an interest in using data to make business decision
• Deep sense of ownership and strong accountability to help generate measurable results
• Pursuing a degree in marketing, business, communications, entrepreneurship or relevant field of study
