The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) team is looking for an Intern to join their team.  Primary responsibilities are to update Microsoft NAV work instructions.   This will involve interacting with all departments across the organization including ERP, Warehousing, Accounting, Purchasing, and Quality Management.

Our ERP team (Enterprise resource planning) is the backbone of the company.  We manage all the critical business activities such as accounting, procurement, compliance and supply chain operations. The primary responsibilities are to update all the work instructions that manage those critical activities.   This will involve interacting with all vital departments across the organization including ERP, Warehousing, Accounting, Purchasing, and Quality Management.

Cool stuff you’ll be able to do:

• Updating and creating Microsoft NAV Work Instructions to support multiple departments:  ERP, Warehousing, Accounting, Purchasing, Quality Management.

• Test Work Instructions in NAV to verify accuracy of update.

• Participate in ERP team daily Scrum meetings and support NAV/JIRA testing as appropriate.

• Learn and create process flow charts to support continuous improvement efforts.

You should definitely have:

• Eligible candidates must be one of the following:
  • Part-time or full-time students who have completed 24+ credit hours (rising sophomores/juniors/seniors) and are enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university
  • Part-time or full-time students enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited college or university
  • May 2021 graduate (Summer Interns Only)
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, professionalism and maturity in the workplace
• Effective communicator in both written and spoken English
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in use of MSOffice Suite
• 3.0 GPA or above preferred

But it would be nice if you had:

1.  Microsoft Word, Visio are preferred

2.  Microsoft NAV and JIRA a plus.

3.  Enterprise Resource Planning, Industrial Operations, Engineering, Logistics majors or recent graduates
