Summer 2020 Internship Opportunities
Project Management Intern
- You will assist with the management of key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope.
- You will have the opportunity to oversee all aspects of projects and work cross-functionally with key stakeholders. You will set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project(s).
- You will be the main driver in ensuring that projects come to completion and will get the opportunity to present your findings to upper management.
- You will also have an opportunity to learn about change management and communications for the project you are involved with.
GT Care Delivery & Process Excellence
- Analyzes user experience data and provides recommendations to address business needs
- Documents, reviews and ensures that all quality and change control standards are met
- Collaborates and pairs with other Global Talent teams members (HRBP, Recruiting, Care Delivery, etc) to map systems solutions
- Creates solutions such that information is easy to find, consume, and understand
- Communicates ideas and solutions to end user and product team members
- Participates in and contributes to learning activities around modern software design and development core practices (communities of practice)

Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
- You must be currently enrolled in an accredited university, and graduating on or after December 2021
- Experience in managing projects and knowledge of diversity and inclusion
- Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, partners, and customers
- Strong written and oral communication talents
- Desire to eventually work in an HR function for a technology company
- Ability to assimilate into a team and work in a team environment
- Agility and speed, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bias toward execution, a doer that pays attention to details
- Good relationship building skills
