Hiring Intern Job Description
Shiftgig, one of Chicago’s hottest and fastest growing technology companies and we're actively seeking a part-time Hiring Intern to support our hiring efforts with Shiftgig's Software Success team. This position also has the opportunity to work remote. Shiftgig is the smartest and easiest way for the hourly workforce and businesses to connect. We’re an on-demand, mobile marketplace working with the biggest brands in the food service, hospitality, retail and warehouse industries, and Experiential Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Hiring and Software Success teams to support multiple candidate sourcing projects
Review and assess applicants that meet Shiftgig qualifications based on market liquidity
Review onboarding forms and background checks as needed
Candidate communication - text/email
Any other administrative duties and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
Willingness to work in a fast-moving, dynamic company culture and industry
Excellent communication skills via email, text, and phone
