Projects and Responsibilities:
- Opensource Management
The incumbent will have the opportunity to work on a true micro-Service SAGA Choreography architecture with Spring-Boot, K8s and Service Mesh. They will also have the opportunity to understand and implement a secure integration between applications via API led connectivity. Also, CI/CD as daily practice and Infrastructure as Code will be additional learning.
Overall Intent of this application is to pull the open-source vulnerability tracking much early in the development cycle. This tool is intent to give a clear view, process and understanding of risk of open-source artifacts at the level of organizations, pillars, applications and at the library level, so that appropriate risk exception process can be adhered with full compliance.
- API Management
The incumbent will have the opportunity to work on setting up the functional framework for API Governance implemented using APIGEE. They will be exposed the patterns and procedures for exposing secure external apis as well as internal API proxies and deployment styles. CI/CD as daily practice and Infrastructure as Code will be additional learning.
With these exercise OCC is trying to expose secure apis to its client for controlled data/information sharing. This effort includes setting up the infra in accordance with risk and regulatory guidelines as well as exposing controlled API proxies.
