Legal Intern: RXBAR is one of the fastest growing natural brands in the country. This growth requires an increased focus on establishing contract processes and capabilities to support our rapid expansion.
We are looking for someone that is detail-oriented, driven, and eager to help take our legal department to the next level. This role will take the lead in locating all executed contracts, moving those contracts to a contract management system, and inputting relevant information into the system. This person will be an asset in organizing and moving the department forward.
General Functions + Job Responsibilities:
- Learn how the legal department functions in the larger company, and gain insight into contracting
- Partner with the various business units to locate all signed agreements, past and current
- Recommend best practices for locating agreements and moving them into a contract management system
- Work closely with the legal department but be willing to work autonomously
- Recommend changes to current processes or systems to plan for continued growth
Skills & Qualifications:
- Positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge and an excitement for growing our business
- Enrolled in College and pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
