HQ Marketing Intern

The Marketing Intern will support Chowbus marketing efforts. You will work closely with headquarters marketing team, regional general managers and sales team to develop successful marketing campaigns, events and promotions that increase brand awareness and effectively grow the user base. 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Work with marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks
• Coordinate communication between headquarter marketing team and regional offices to assemble requirements and provide support or clarification on ongoing projects
• Support marketing team with selected marketing channel execution such as social media based on request
• Execute day-to-day marketing reporting, including data processing, report generation and report visualization
• Process payment requests, manage expense tracking and update payment status
• Facilitating ordering and maintaining a directory and inventory of sales and marketing materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed

Qualifications:

• At least 20 hours per week
• Actively involved in student activities with demonstrated experience of project management, communication, and events organizing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic Data analytics skills, familiar with excel and ppt
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a team player
• Effective project management skills to keep projects on track
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask and be flexible enough to evolve in a rapidly changing environment
• Fluent in both English and Chinese
• Understanding of WeChat account management and content generation is a plus
