What's something quirky about your company?
Everything here truly revolves around authentic food. For lunch, employees make subsidized orders through our own platform that are delivered directly to the office. Coworkers might bring in interesting snacks they've found, or samples of new items from our grocery service or desserts for birthdays! There is no shortage of ways to try new cuisines!

What does your typical day look like?
No day is the same at Chowbus! My days are typically spent working with teams to analyze and diagnose different areas of the business and implementing solutions to improve it. I typically start my days around 8:30am and finish my work when I feel good about the progress I have made.

How do your team's ideas influence the company's direction?
We don’t say no to any idea, we truly evaluate any employee’s idea. Our strategy is not from the top down, it's from the bottom up, the teams that work with our customers everyday have the most knowledge of what our customers want and that is where the innovation and best ideas come from. We love jamming and creating new ideas with each other!
What's the biggest problem your team is solving?
Chowbus has been growing super fast, I joined the company when it was a “small” start-up, now we’ve expanded to more than 20+ cities, it’s inspiring while challenging. For our team, we are trying our best to make sure marketing gives adequate supports to each region, and make efforts to make more people aware of this amazing delivery app.
