Chowbus Benefits Overview

The Key Account Customer Success Associate builds client relationships, manages POS solutions, conducts training, and collaborates with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and success.

Act as Chowbus's primary in-house legal contact owning commercial contracts (vendor, partnership, SaaS, NDAs, merchant terms). Support merchant and commercial disputes, coordinate escalation to outside counsel, and manage outside-counsel relationships and spend. Advise on compliance for payments (PCI), data privacy, and multi-jurisdiction contracting. Build legal templates, intake processes, and playbooks to enable business self-service on low-risk matters.

The Sales Manager is responsible for prospecting and closing partnerships with restaurants while promoting Chowbus' POS system and achieving assigned KPIs.
