Own Chowbus’s U.S. SALT compliance, ASC 740 income tax provision, international tax setup, transfer pricing, and China tax planning. Responsibilities include nexus monitoring, state filings and audits, deferred tax analysis, valuation allowances, uncertain tax positions, foreign jurisdiction compliance, intercompany agreements, transfer pricing documentation, China VAT and CIT compliance, withholding tax, and tax incentive planning. The role builds tax processes and works independently with auditors, advisors, and cross-functional teams.

The Sales Manager is responsible for prospecting and closing partnerships with restaurants while promoting Chowbus' POS system and achieving assigned KPIs.

The Key Account Customer Success Associate builds client relationships, manages POS solutions, conducts training, and collaborates with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and success.
