The Role: This role offers a unique opportunity to work on Morningstar.com, our flagship website that provides independent analysis, articles, investing tools, and education for investors of all levels of expertise. The Operations Intern is a key member of our advertising sales team. This is a paid internship that requires 20-25 hours per week during the school year with the option of increased hours during school breaks. + Work closely with the ad operations team to create an e-mail calendar and manage a team to schedule e-mail flights in the advertising system.
+ Track and distribute the e-mail results from different systems to sales team.
+ Generate weekly and monthly reports with regard to e-mail products.
+ Manage a co-registration program that collects client information.
+ Assist the ad operations team with scheduling ad campaigns on the ad system.
+ Assist the ad operations team with scheduling dedicated emails in the email distribution system.
+ Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program throughout the internship.
+ Creative, detail-oriented person with an enthusiasm for advertising.
+ Self-motivated and flexible self-starter who excels at taking the initiative.

+ Experience managing projects is helpful.
+ Strong communication, customer service, and organization skills.
+ Interest in learning new skills; interest in investing and technology is a plus.
