What You'll Bring
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or Business Administration
At least a Junior in a college or university
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience with developing and delivering presentations
Data analysis capability
Ability to combine data and qualitative information as well as external research to produce relevant insights and considerations
Critical thinking, deductive reasoning and the ability to project plan
Demonstrated experience with organization and effective time management
Impact You'll Make
Act as an integral part of a fast paced, dynamic People Operations team that covers transactions, continuous process improvement, technology enhancements, analytics and risk management for the HR function by jumping into a variety of projects across HR
Improve the every day experiences for our people by supporting the identification and implementation of changes to our process, systems and education materials
Support our inflight technology projects including exploring the use of Chatbots and AI and work with our technology team to test new system functionality and gathering end user feedback
Gather and analyze people data to help report key metrics and insights to the organization to drive decisions making
Help create a best-in-class level of first-line customer service for our associates and managers
Support the processing of HR transactions and identify ways to streamline or automate whenever possible
