The People Team’s purpose is to support its employees, while fostering a healthy culture at Project44. You’ll develop experience working on a variety of projects and gain exposure to a fast-paced, collaborative office environment. Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administrative tasks
• Maintain our People inbox addressing employee questions
• Own the document management of our internal documents
• Continue providing benefit support and run participant audit for our benefit vendors
• Document internal procedures
• Provide communication support on People project rollouts
• Help set up events sponsored by the People or Culture team

Qualifications

• Must be a junior or senior enrolled or recently graduated in a BS, BA college program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar major
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Solid organizational skills and attention to details
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Availability of 3-4 days a week

This is a paid 10 week Summer internship. Monday-Thursday.
