Join us for a 12-week paid internship that offers personal and professional development, networking opportunities, and a Future of Work workshop. As a Product intern, you’ll be an active part of a team solving relevant challenges to today’s work needs.

Product managers at Upwork care deeply about understanding our customers and use a qualitative and quantitative data to identify customer problems then work with cross-functional teams to deliver the solutions that provide the most customer value. Upwork is looking for Product Manager interns that have a track record of collaborating cross-functionally, and are eager to address big, complex customer problems.

Your Responsibilities:

• Consume customer insights, evaluate market research, capture product insights to identify customer problems and coordinate a product plan to optimally address them.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, data scientists and analysts as a cohesive product team to take ideas from inception to launch.
