Job Description
The International product team focuses on understanding the unique dynamics of international markets and crafts product solutions catered to the needs of our international customers. The team conceptualizes, builds, and tests ways to improve Reverb’s end-to-end experience.
About You
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help drive international strategy and execution. As a strong candidate, you'll have a familiarity with or strong interest in currency presentment, date formatting, localization, translation, cross-border shipping, payment methods, and personalization on eCommerce sites. Prior experience in marketplace businesses or in international expansion are a plus. This is a full-time position (eventually) located in Chicago. While all of our employees are currently remote, our future of work plan will offer flexible workplace policies that can accommodate work from home candidates who are comfortable traveling to the office location 2-3 times per week.
In this role you will...
Build an outcome-focused roadmap, weighing competing needs and changing requirements to prioritize the most impactful work.
Partner with Reverb’s international employees to discover the most pressing customer problems and biggest opportunities.
Use analytics and testing strategies to help scope, prioritize, measure, and communicate the impact of projects.
Be responsible for the performance, measurement, and communication of business impact and outcomes driven by your team.
Qualifications
5+ years of relevant work in software/web product management
Exceptional Product & Project Management skills
Demonstrated ability to use data and analysis for product planning and understanding impact.
Ability to thoroughly understand complex business and technical issues and influence decision making.
A bias for action when facing competing priorities in a way that keeps the team focused, while demonstrating progress to internal partners.
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate seamlessly between technical and business stakeholders.
