About The Role
The Lead Project Manager will work in a functional and leadership capacity within the implementation group. You will oversee client projects to deliver successful implementation of the Yello platform. You will collaborate with sales, client success, product and development to lead processes that ensure client objectives are met. You will maintain a focus on continuous improvement to provide an exceptional client experience.

How You'll Make An Impact
  • BA/BS in relevant field of work or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience in leadership, process improvement and change management.
  • Comfortable with project management software such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets, Microsoft Project, etc.
  • High-level understanding of development technology and terms.
  • Excellent business communication, facilitation, writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Experience in an Agile Scrum environment, working directly with development teams is preferred.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • This role requires travel to client visits as needed.
What We're Looking For
  • Ensure projects are delivered successfully to the client, on-time and within scope.
  • Work with engineering and business teams to align deliverables and set priorities.
  • Collaborate with integration and implementation teams to manage completion of client projects.
  • Develop techniques and tools to manage client expectations and maintain healthy project status.
  • Assist internal teams in the development of capacity planning and release scheduling.
  • Report on status and measure project progress to provide transparency to all stakeholders.
  • Provide status updates of client projects across the organization, including leadership and escalate when needed.
  • Develop consistent, scalable project plans with traceable documentation.
  • Oversee all aspect of client projects, ensuring work progresses toward achieving established goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate multiple client projects while helping lead and coach others in the implementation group.
  • Identify and execute on areas of opportunity to improve time-to-value for the client.
